One of region’s busiest developers is looking to expand his Dayton presence further with the proposal of two new facilities in Beavercreek. If approved, the new spaces will create construction and permanent jobs in the Miami Valley.

Woodard Development is requesting approval from the city of Beavercreek to allow for the construction of two new research and development facilities in Miami Valley Research Park (MVRP). The application is titled “Project X” and appears to be for a confidential client.

While the potential client is unknown, many residents of MVRP are technology-orientated. Miami Valley Research Park hosts many notable Dayton firms with a focus on “advanced technology companies and organizations involved in original research, prototype development, and the application of technology to products,” according to their website.
