Culver’s to open this month, kick off retail momentum in West Carrollton’s River District
Culver’s — the growing Midwest fast-food chain known for specialty burgers and desserts — will open this month in West Carrollton.
The restaurant will be the first business to open in the city’s long-anticipated River District.
Located at 1100 E. Dixie Drive, the grand opening will take place on Monday, July 7 at 9:00 a.m.
Known for its butter burgers, frozen custard and signature sides, Culver’s will bring a new dining option to West Carrollton, enhancing the local fast-casual food scene and attracting visitors from surrounding areas.
“This is more than a restaurant opening — it’s a moment that marks real progress in the River District and what’s to come,” said West Carrollton Mayor Rick Barnhart. “We are excited to welcome Culver’s and celebrate this important milestone with the community. It’s a proud day for West Carrollton and a sign of the great momentum building throughout our city.”
The new Culver’s location is owned and operated by Claudio Zeledón, who has worked his way up through the Culver’s system from assistant manager to local franchise owner.
“I’ve always dreamed of owning a Culver’s,” Zeledón said. “It’s more than serving great food—it’s about creating opportunities, building relationships, and becoming a place where the community feels at home. We are thrilled to be the first to open our doors in the River District and can’t wait to be part of West Carrollton’s future.”
