Woodard to redevelop KK Motorcycle site near Third and Wayne in downtown Dayton

Woodard Development, one of the main developers of Dayton’s Water Street District, is working to turn a downtown building that once belonged to KK Motorcycle Supply into new offices.

Woodard Development has torn down a couple of buildings on the 400 block of East Third Street that the company purchased from the former motorcycle supply house. That site is roughly across from where Wayne Avenue dead-ends into Third Street.

Jason Woodard, principal of Woodard Development, said his firm plans to repurpose the remaining 30,000-square foot building, just to the east at the corner of East Third and Madison streets, into an office building.
