Jason Woodard, a highly regarded real estate developer, serves as a Principal of Woodard Development, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. Woodard has a solid foundation of over 20 years of expertise in developing, leasing, and managing many renowned projects in the greater Dayton region involving multiple product types, usually melded together in a cohesive mixed-use environment. His extensive development and real estate transactions have resulted in over a half a billion dollars of aggregate value.
Mr. Woodard started Woodard Development in 2012 and immediately began pursuit of what is now known as the Water Street District, a premier development in downtown Dayton, which includes downtown’s most successful office projects- 312 North Patterson, 444 Tech Hub, Altafiber HQ, The Avant-Garde and The Manhattan, Class A multi-family projects – Water Street Flats, Delco Lofts, Centerfield Flats, The Monument, The Sutton, and both Fairfield Inn and Suites and AC Marriott hotel. Water Street is also home to numerous food and beverage concepts including Tender Mercy, a 2021 Esquire Best Bar in America designee.
In addition to Water Street, Woodard Development has been active in industrial acquisition and development, medical office development and extensive adaptive re-use projects.
